Artificial Intelligence for Condition Monitoring

The versatile production plant presents the application of Artificial Intelligence for Condition Monitoring. Systems for data collection and algorithms can learn the system behavior and recognize anomalies, such as timing errors. They also precisely localize the anomalies within the plant. The support system assists with predictive maintenance of the plant and facilitates production processes based on learned models. A monitor displays the current status of the plant and detects anomalies by analyzing sensor data and visualizing the results.
